Treatments

Olaplex in salon treatment: $50

  • Step 1 - Rebuild broken disulphide bonds and begins the process of preventing damage and repairing hair

K18 in salon treatment: $50

  • Step 1 - 4 minute pre treatment that repairs and prepares the hair for colouring or lightening

*Prices are for individual treatments only and additional treatments may be required in a single appointment. 

Booking Fee

  • If you are a new client, you will be required to provide a $50.00 booking fee to secure your first appointment. If you book online, you will be required to pay a $50 booking fee for every appointment made. All booking fees will be deducted from the final cost of the full service provided. 
  • If you are an existing client and fail to give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel your appointment, or you do not show up, we will require a $50-$100 booking fee to secure your next appointment time. This fee will be deducted from the final cost of the full service provided.


Cancellations and no shows

  • We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, failure to do so will result in loss of your booking fee.
  • If you provide 24 hours’ notice or more to reschedule your appointment, we will transfer the amount to your next appointment.
  • If you wish to cancel and not reschedule your appointment with more than 24 hours’ notice, we will refund your booking fee.
  • If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, we will require a $50-$100 booking fee to secure another time for you.


Being on time

  • If you are running more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we may not be able to perform all the services you had booked in, or we may need to reschedule your whole appointment. It is important that appointments start on time as any delays can cause other appointments to be negatively impacted. Please ensure you arrive on time and call the salon to advise if you’re running late to avoid impacting other clients’ appointments.


Our guarantee

  • As per the Small Business and the Competition and Consumer Act, any problems with your service must be reported within one week, (7) days, of the original appointment date and time, by contacting the salon during business hours, via phone or email. We will then adjust the service or replace the product at no charge, within one week, (7) days, of the report of the fault.
